About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My professional interests include perinatal mental health, anxiety disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. I am passionate about mental health and I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to help maximize the well-being of my clients.
I enjoy spending my time outside of work with my partner and children, running, hiking, and exploring waterfalls around the finger lakes area.
